Admission Procedure

At Shine Academy, we ensure a smooth admission process for all aspiring students. Follow the steps below to secure your admission:

  • Visit Shine Academy Campus:
  • Obtain all necessary details about the courses, fees, and class schedules from our campus.
  • Application Form Purchase:
  • Interested students can buy the application form for ₹1000, available at the campus and on the official website.
  • Form Submission:
  • Submit your duly filled application form in person at the center or send it by post. Follow these instructions carefully:
  • Enter accurate details in the form.
  • Affix one recent passport-size photograph.
  • Attach a copy of your latest marksheet.
  • Include the Transfer Certificate from your previous class.
  • Provide a valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.).

Terms & Conditions

We aim to provide the best learning environment. Please note the following:

  • Shine Academy provides residential facilities, including mess services, at an additional cost for those opting for hostel accommodation.
  • Students opting for school admission will need to pay any extra fees as required by the school.
  • Additional fees will be charged for the registration of competitive exams like Olympiads.
  • Advance Registration Fee (ARF) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No demo classes are provided before admission.
  • Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after completing the academic session, provided students inform the management one month in advance.
  • The first installment of fees must be paid before the course commences.
  • Late fee payments will incur penalty charges.
  • Easy EMI options are available on the fee structure.
  • Shine Academy reserves the right to cancel admissions due to:
  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Indiscipline at the campus.
  • Poor academic performance.
  • All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Howrah, West Bengal.

Rules & Regulations

(For students opting for hostel facilities)
Our hostel facilities ensure a comfortable and disciplined living environment. Please adhere to the following rules:

  • Hostel amenities include accommodation, laundry, and regular cleaning.
  • Extra electricity charges will apply if monthly usage exceeds the allocated units.
  • Security deposits will be refunded after the academic session upon prior notice (one month in advance).
  • Students are responsible for maintaining hostel property, including furniture and appliances. Damages will be charged to the occupant.
  • Writing or sticking materials on walls or furniture is prohibited. Violations incur a penalty of ₹2000.
  • During maintenance issues (e.g., lift, AC, geyser, generator), students are expected to cooperate until repairs are completed.
  • Laundry services cover up to 50 garments per month; additional items will be charged separately. Woolen and dry-cleaning items are excluded.
  • Students must bear all expenses related to medical treatment. Wardens will assist in emergencies.
  • Leaving water taps running or not switching off electricity will result in a ₹500 penalty.
  • Hostel gates are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Late entries require parental notification and approval.
  • Students must record their entry and exit in the hostel register each time they leave or return. Unauthorized outings may lead to disciplinary action, including eviction.
  • Hostel fees are calculated monthly and cannot be prorated by the day.
